Collaborate with team and client stakeholders to communicate recommendations, progress, and outcomes. Ability to communicate recommendations effectively with tools including PowerPoint, spreadsheets, documents, etc. Ability to identify opportunities with demonstrated proficiency for process simplification. Proficient in developing gap analysis and process road maps. Expertise in change management practices including creation of change management framework constructs. Work with Process Champions across the client organization to develop new, or re-engineer existing, processes. The Lean Specialist will work with the team to develop/implement new business processes and re-engineer existing processes.Įssential Responsibilities (Roles and Responsibilities): The Lean Specialist will work cross-functionally with various departments throughout the client on assigned projects at the direction of a Project Manager and Senior Consultants assigned to the team. Our client is looking to modernize its state-wide operation through digitization, elimination of paperwork, and reduced wastes.
Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Out of state or out of town contractors must pay their own travel expenses if required to be onsite (it is expected to be 75% onsite time). Although hybrid, travel is not covered to commute from outside the area.
